Morecambe Crime Festival does not post out tickets
Once your purchase is complete you will be emailed a receipt.
On arrival at the event please show your receipt in either printed form or on a phone or tablet and this will allow you entrance to the event.
If you do not receive a receipt within 24 hours of purchasing then please send an email to email@example.com and we will manually forward your reciept.
If on arriving at the venue for an event you discover you have lost or misplaced your receipt the front of house staff and ticketing manager will have a list of all customers who have purchased tickets via the online portal and you may be required to show ID in order to confirm your identity and be permitted entrance to the event.
Seating is unallocated for all events. If you suffer from any disability (mobile, visual, hearing) and require priority seating then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org directly after purchasing tickets and arrangements will be made to accomodate you. We cannot guarantee priority seating on the day of the event if prior arrangements have not been made.
The use of photographic and recording equipment throughout any event is strictly prohibited.
In the event of day time and weekend programmes, the organisers of Morecambe Crime Festival reserve the right to alter the line up and program at any time and without notice and cannot guarantee the appearance of any named guest or author. In the event of guests or authors being unable to attend the festival then alternative panel members and speakers will take their place.
Refunds will only be given if an event is cancelled.
The murder at the Library event is an interactive event that requires the audience to move around the venue. If you suffer from mobility issues then please contact email@example.com prior to booking tickets to assess suitability of the event.
